AN ORDINANCE VACATING A ROAD RIGHT -OF --WAY
WITHIN LAND SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH,
RANGE 41 EAST, TRACT A - NORTH GOLF COURSE,
AS REQUESTED BY CITY NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI,
AS TRUSTEE, AND TRACT 76 CORP.; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY OF INVALID PROVISIONS; AND PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: FINDINGS OF FACT: A determination is hereby made by the City
Council that the road right-of-way described on Exhibit "A" is no longer needed for
public purposes and, accordingly, the road right-of-way interest should revert to
the private party(ies) owning the property burdened by the road right-of-way to be
vacated.
SECTION 2: The road right-of-way described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto
and made a part hereof, is hereby abandoned, vacated and extinguished by the City
Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida, and such road right -of --way shall no longer
be deemed property to be used for public purposes on behalf of the people of the
City of Tamarac, Florida.
SECTION 3: Should any section or provision of this ordinance or any portion
thereof, or any paragraph, sentence or word be declared by a Court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the
remainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof, other than the part declared to be
I invalid.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall become effective upon final adoption.

A portion of Tract A, LAND SEC. 4 GOLF COURSE PLAT, accord-
ing to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 88, Page
20, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida des-
cribed as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Section 4, Township 49
.South, Range 41 East; thence South 89° 46' 28" East, along
the North boundary of said Section 4, a distance of 15.01
feet; thence South 00" 10' 05" East, along a line 15.00
feet East of and parallel with the West boundary of said
Section 4, a distance of 736.54 feet; thence South 17° 49'
55" West, 48.54 feet to a point on said West boundary of
Section 4; thence North 000 10' 05" West, along said West
boundary; 783.33 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
TOGETHER WITH A portion of aforesaid Tract A described as
follows: COMMENCING at the aforesaid Northwest corner of
Section 4; thence South 000 10' 05" East, along aforesaid
West boundary of Section 4, a distance of 968.33 feet to
the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 84" 101. 05" East,
15..08 feet to a point on a line parallel with and 15.00
feet East of aforesaid West boundary of said Section 4;
thence South 000 10' 05" East, along said parallel line,
282.95 feet to a point on the North Right--of-Way line. of
Northwest 81st Street as recorded in Official Records Book
6450, Page 688 of the Public Records of Broward County,
Florida, said point also being a point on the arc of a
non -tangent curve (radial line thru said point bears South
00 49' 20" West); thence westerly along the arc of said
curve being concave to the South having a radius of 1270.00
,feet, a delta of 00° 21' 32", an arc distance of 7.95 feet;
thence tangent to said curve North 89' 32' 12" West, 7.05
feet to a point on aforesaid West boundary of Section 4.-
thence North 00" 10' 05" West along said West boundary,
284.33 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said lands lying in the City of Tamarac, Broward County,
Florida and containing 15653 square feet or 0.3594 acres,
more or less.
