CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO. 0
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY
WITHIN LAND SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH,
RANGE 41 EAST, TRACT 47 - NORTH GOLF COURSE,
AS REQUESTED BY CITY NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI,
AS TRUSTEE, AND TRACT 76 CORP.; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY OF INVALID PROVISIONS; AND PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: FINDINGS OF FACT: A determination is hereby made by the City
Council that the road right-of-way described on Exhibit "A" is no longer needed for
public purposes and, accordingly, the road right-of-way interest should revert to
the private party(ies) owning the property burdened by the road right-of-way to be
vacated.
SECTION 2: The road right-of-way described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto
and made a part hereof, is hereby abandoned, vacated and extinguished by the City
Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida, and such road right-of-way shall no longer
be deemed property to be used for public purposes on behalf of the people of the
City of Tamarac, Florida.
SECTION 3: Should any section or provision of this Ordinance or any portion
thereof, or any paragraph, sentence or word be declared by a Court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the
remainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof, other than the part declared to be
invalid.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall become effective upon final adoption.

according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 88, Page 20, of the Public Records of Broward
County, Florida described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Northwest corner of Section 4,
Township 49 South, Range 41 East; thence South 89*
46' 28" East, along the North boundary of said Sec-
tion 4, a distance of 15.01 feet; thence South 00°
10' 05" East, along a line 15.00 feet East of and
parallel with the West boundary of said Section 4,
a distance of 736.54 feet to the POINT OF BEGIN-
NING; thence continue South 000 10' 05" East,
along said parallel line, 232.74 feet; thence North
84° 10' 05" West, 15.08 feet to a point on afore-
said West boundary of Section 4; thence North 00°
10' 05" West, along said West boundary, 185.00
feet; thence North 17° 49' 55" East, 48.54 feet to
the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said lands lying in the City of Tamarac, Broward
County, Florida and containing 3133 square feet or
0.0719 acres, more or less.
