TY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO. 0
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A ROAD RIGHT -OF --WAY
WITHIN LAND SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH,
RANGE 41 EAST, TRACT 57, AS REQUESTED BY
CITY NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI, AS TRUSTEE,
AND TRACT 76 CORP.; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY
OF INVALID PROVISIONS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: FINDINGS OF FACT: A determination is hereby made by the City
Council that the road right-of-way described on Exhibit "A" is no longer needed for
public purposes and, accordingly, the road right-of-way interest should revert to
the private party(ies) owning the property burdened by the road right-of-way to be
vacated.
SECTION 2: The road right-of-way described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto
and made a part hereof, is hereby abandoned, vacated and extinguished by the City
Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida, and such road right-of-way shall no longer
be deemed property to be used for public purposes on behalf of the people of the
City of Tamarac, Florida.
SECTION 3: Should any section or provision of this Ordinance or any portion
thereof, or any paragraph, sentence or word be declared by a Court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the
remainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof, other than the part declared to be
invalid.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall become effective upon final adoption.

COMMENCING at the Northwest corner of aforesaid
Section 4; thence South 00° 10' 05" East along the
West boundary of said Section 4, a distance of
1332.67 feet to the Point of Beginning (said point
also being on the South Right -of --way line of North--
west 81st Street as recorded in Official Records
Book 6450, page 688 of the Public Records of Bro-
ward County, Florida); thence South 89" 32' 12"
East along said South Right-of-way line, 6.17 feet;
thence Easterly along the arc of a tangent curve
being concave to the South having a radius of
1190.00 feet, a delta of 00*25'31", an arc distance
of 8.83 feet; thence South 00° 10' 05" East along a
line 15.00 feet. East of and parallel with the West
boundary of aforesaid Section 4, a distance of
628.97 feet to a point on the North boundary of
Tract G, LAND SEC. 4 GOLF COURSE PLAT, according to
the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 88, Page
20, of the Public Records of Broward County,
Florida; thence North 77° 00' 00" West along said
North boundary, 15.41 feet to a point on the West
boundary of aforesaid Section 4; thence North 00°
10' 05" West along said West boundary, 625.66 faet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH a portion of aforesaid FORT LAUDER
