CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO. 0-S7��
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A ROAD RIGHT -OF --WAY
WITHIN LAND SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH,
RANGE 41 EAST, TRACT J - SOUTH GOLF COURSE,
AS REQUESTED BY CITY NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI,
AS TRUSTEE, AND TRACT 76 CORP.; PROVIDING
FOR SEVERABILITY OF INVALID PROVISIONS; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: FINDINGS OF FACT: A determination is hereby made by the City
Council that the road right-of-way described on Exhibit "A" is no longer needed for
public purposes and, accordingly, the road right-of-way interest should revert to
the private party(ies) owning the property burdened by the road right-of-way to be
vacated.
SECTION 2: The road right-of-way described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto
and made a part hereof, is hereby abandoned, vacated and extinguished by the City
Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida, and such road right-of-way shall no longer
be deemed property to be used for public purposes on behalf of the people of the
City of Tamarac, Florida.
SECTION 3: Should any section or provision of this Ordinance or any portion
thereof, or any paragraph, sentence or word be declared by a Court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the
remainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof, other than the part declared to be
I invalid.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall become effective upon final adoption.

A portion of Tract J, LAND SEC. 4 GOLF COURSE PLAT,
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 88, Page 20, of the Public Records of Broward
County, Florida described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Northwest corner of Section 4,
Township 49 South, Range 41 East; thence South 00°
10' 05" East, along the West boundary of said
Section 4, a distance of 4020.89 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING on the North boundary of said Tract J,
said point also being a point on the arc of a
non -tangent curve (radial line thru said point
bears. South 270 ill 20" West); thence
southeasterly along said North boundary and along
the arc of said curve being concave to the
Southwest having a radius of 320.00 feet, a delta
of 03° 04' 04", an arc distance of 17.13 feet;
thence South 00° 10' 05" East, along a line 15.00
feet East of and parallel with the West boundary of
said Section 4, a distance of 451.16 feet to a
point on the South boundary of said Tract J; thence
North 410. 03' 55" West along said South boundary
22.91 feet to a point on the West. boundary of
aforesaid Section 4; thence North 00* 10' 15" West
along said West boundary, 442.12 feet to the Point
of Beginning.
Said lands lying in the City of Tamarac, Broward
County; Florida and containing 6,701 square feet or
0.1538 acres, more or less.
