ITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO. Or,73—�p
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A ROAD RIGHT -OF --WAY
WITHIN LAND SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH,
RANGE 41 EAST, TRACT J -- SOUTH GOLF COURSE,
AS REQUESTED BY CITY NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI,
AS TRUSTEE, AND TRACT 76 CORP.; PROVIDING
FOR SEVERABILITY OF INVALID PROVISIONS; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: FINDINGS OF FACT: A determination is hereby made by the City
Council that the road right-of-way described on Exhibit "A" is no longer needed for
public purposes and, accordingly, the road right-of-way interest should revert to
the private party(ies) owning the property burdened by the road right-of-way to be
vacated.
SECTION 2: The road right-of-way described in Exhibit "A",.attached hereto
and made a part hereof, is hereby abandoned, vacated and extinguished by the City
Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida, and such road right-of-way shall no longer
be deemed property to be used for public purposes on behalf of the people of the
City of Tamarac, Florida.
SECTION 3: Should any section or provision of this Ordinance or any portion
thereof, or any paragraph, sentence or word be declared by a Court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the
remainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof, other than the part declared to be
invalid.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall become effective upon final adoption.

A portion of Tract J, LAND SEC. 4 GOLF COURSE PLAT,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 88,
Page 20 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida,
described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Northeast corner of Section 5, Township
49 South, Range 41 East; thence South 00* 10' 05" East,
along the East boundary of said Section 5, a distance of
4020.89 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING on the North
boundary of said Tract J; thence continue South 00° 101 05"
East, along said East boundary of Section 5, a distance of
442.12 feet to a point on the South boundary of said Tract
J; thence along said South boundary, North 41° 03' 55"
West, 19.58 feet; thence northwesterly along the arc of a
tangent curve, concave to the Southwest, having a radius of
740.00 feet, a delta of 00° 15' 27", an arc distance of
3.33 feet; thence North 00° 10' 05" West, along a line
parallel with and 15.00 feet West of the East boundary of
said Section 5, a distance of 432.09 feet to a point on the
North boundary of said Tract J; thence along said North
boundary, South 64° 18' 13" East, 16.67 feet to the Point
of Beginning.
Said lands lying in the City of Tamarac, Broward County,
Florida, and containing 6557 square feet, or 0.1505 acres
more or less.
