CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMEMING SUIZEC11ON 14-64 (3 ) C,F 71E
CITY CODE REPEALING THE PROVISION PROHIBITING
PRO --RATED FEES FOR ALARM USER PERMITS; PROVIDING
FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING REPEALER; PROVIDING
FOR SEVERABILITY OF INVALID PROVISIONS; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC:
SECTION 1: That Subsection 14-64(3) of the City Code be
Amended to provide as follows:
"Alarm User Permit Fee.
(a) Annual alarm user permit fees shall be set by
resolution of the city council. Feee-sia�-met-be-peatede-�-pit-of-tl�e
yew. Fees shall be set on a calendar year,
(b) "Same.,'
(c) "Same."
SECTION 2: That specific authority is hereby granted to
codify this Ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 4: That should any section or provision of this
Ordinance or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence or word be
declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision
shall not affect the validity of the remainder hereof as a whole or any part
hereof, other than the part declared to be invalid.
