OF FORT LAU_DERDALE TRUCK. FARMS, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 41 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, OTHERWISE IDENTIFIED AS BEING ON THE WEST SIDE OF STATE ROAD 7 AT THE NORTH CITY LIMIT LINE, AND ADJACENT TO THE LAKESIDE APARTMENTS AND LAKESIDE PLAZA PROJECTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY `-OF INVALID PROVISIONS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION l: FINDINGS OF FACT: A determination is hereby made by the City Council that the road right-of-way described on Exhibit "A" is no longer needed for public purposes and, accordingly, the road right-of-way interest should revert to the private party(ies) owning the property burdened by the road right -of --way to be vacated. SECTION 2: The road right -of --way described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby abandoned, vacated and extinguished by the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida, and such road right-of-way shall no longer be deemed . property to be used for public purposes on behalf of the people of the City of Tamarac, Florida. SECTION 3: Should any section or provision of this Ordinance or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence or word be declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remainder hereof as a whole or, any part hereof, other than the part declared to be invalid, SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall become effective upon final adoption.
