CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO. 0-83--
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A 15-FOOT ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY
LYING IN LAND SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 41
_EAST-,-- -ACCORDING TO THE -PLAT . OF FORT LAU_DERDALE TRUCK.
FARMS, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 41 OF THE
PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA,
OTHERWISE IDENTIFIED AS BEING ON THE WEST SIDE
OF STATE ROAD 7 AT THE NORTH CITY LIMIT LINE,
AND ADJACENT TO THE LAKESIDE APARTMENTS AND
LAKESIDE PLAZA PROJECTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY
`-OF INVALID PROVISIONS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: FINDINGS OF FACT: A determination is hereby made
by the City Council that the road right-of-way described on Exhibit
"A" is no longer needed for public purposes and, accordingly, the
road right-of-way interest should revert to the private party(ies)
owning the property burdened by the road right -of --way to be vacated.
SECTION 2: The road right -of --way described in Exhibit "A",
attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby abandoned,
vacated and extinguished by the City Council of the City of Tamarac,
Florida, and such road right-of-way shall no longer be deemed .
property to be used for public purposes on behalf of the people of
the City of Tamarac, Florida.
SECTION 3: Should any section or provision of this Ordinance
or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence or word be
declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such
decision shall not affect the validity of the remainder hereof as a
whole or, any part hereof, other than the part declared to be invalid,
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall become effective upon final
adoption.

according to the Plat of FORT LAUDERDALf TRUCK FARMS, recorded in
Plat Book 4, Pane 31, of the Public Records of Broward Coutny, Florida
BOUNDED AS FOLLOWS:
On the North by the North line of said Section 13; on the South by the
North line of Lot A and Lot B, LAKESIDE AT TAMARAC, according to the
Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 115, Page 32, of the Public Records
of Broward County, Florida, said line being a line 15.0 feet South of
and parallel with the said North line of Section 13;
On the East by the Westerly Right -of -Way line of State Road 7, being
the East line of Lot A of the said LAKESIDE AT TAMARAC, projected
Northerly to the said North line of Section 13;
On the West by the Easterly Right -of -Way line of the Florida Turnpike.
Containing 18,304 Square feet, more or less.
