CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO. :.�.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION 22-8.1(b) OF
THE CITY CODE ESTABLISHING REASONABLE HOURS
FOR SOLICITATION OR CANVASSING ENLARGING THE
9:00 A.M. THROUGH 6:00 P.M.; PROVIDING FOR
CODIFICATION; PROVIDING REPEALER; PROVIDING
FOR SEVERABILITY OF INVALID PROVISIONS; AND
PROVIDI Q DAM.—__
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
That Section 22-8.1(b) of the City Code
is hereby amended to provide as follows:
"(b) Hours. Licensed solicitation or can-
vassing in the city <a-r-e-> ". limited <-f-E-ewH t_the
hours Ff*�> 2. 9:00 A.M. to 464-04> one-half_ hour.

,q=ON 2: Specific authority is hereby granted to
codify this Ordinance.
SECTION 3: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
SE',TION AL Should any section or provision of this
Ordinance or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence
or word be declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to
be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of
the remainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof, other
than the part declared to be invalid.
