ORDINANCE NO: .-,�
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 15-12 "PARKING FEES/
AMOUNTS" OF THE CITY CODE REGARDING THE MUNICIPAL
PARKING LOT ADJACENT TO TAMARAC UTILITIES EAST AT
5510 NORTHWEST 22ND AVENUE; AMENDING A TYPOGRAPHICAL
ERROR IN SECTION 15-10 OF THE CITY CODE; PROVIDING
FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING REPEALER; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY. AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
SECTION 1: That Section 15-10 of the City Code is hereby amended
to provide as follows:

"Sec. 15-10. Created; location.
A municipal parking facility, located next to the sewer plant
at 5510 Northwest Twenty-second Street Avenue, Fort Lauderdale,
Florida, is hereby created."
SECTION 2: That Section 15-12 is hereby amended to provide as
"Section 15-12. Parking fees -Amounts. -

(a) The City Council may establish by Resolution a rate
schedule for parking fees to be charged for use of this
municipal parking lot.
(b) All fees must be paid in advance.

(c) The vehicle length is -limited to thirty --two (32) feet,
other than by special permit of the city council with the
fee to be established at a hearing."
SECTION 3: Specific authority is hereby granted to codify this
Ordinance.
SECTION 4: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 5: Should any section or provision of this Ordinance
or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence or word be declared by a
Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect
the validity of the remainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof, other than
the part declared to be invalid.
SECTION 6: This Ordinance shall became effective immediately
upon its final passage.
