CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO. 0-84-53
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN ANNUAL FEDERAL REVENUE
SHARING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF TAMARAC FOR THE
WHEREAS, heretofore the Council has received the recom-
mended Federal Revenue Sharing Budget for the fiscal year
beginning October 1, 1984, and has advertised the summary
thereto, has advertised and held a public hearing -thereon;
and
WHEREAS, the public has had available to them copies of
such budget and the opportunity to express themselves there-
on; and
WHEREAS, the City Council received and reviewed said
recommendations and comments by the public and is now de-
sirous of adopting an annual Federal Revenue Sharing Budget
for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1984.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION_ - That the Annual Federal Revenue Sharing
Budget, as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a
part hereof as fully as if set forth herein, be, and the same
is hereby adopted and approved by the Council of the City of
Tamarac as the Federal Revenue Sharing Budget of the City of
Tamarac for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1984.
,EC_TION 22: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
instructed to forward to the Comptroller of the State of
Florida a certified copy of this Ordinance.
SE�CT1QN 3: The City Clerk is authorized and instruct-
ed to keep a certified copy of this Ordinance and the budget
1 provided for herein in the permanent files of the City of
2 Tamarac.
