(AGRICULTURAL/EXCAVATION), R-4A (PLANNED APARTMENTS) AND
5 R-IB (ONE -FAMILY DWELLING) TO RM-10 (PLANNED APARTMENTS -
10 DWELLING UNITS PER ACRE MAXIMUM); IDENTIFIED AS PORTIONS
6 OF TRACTS 10, 11, 12 AND 13 OF FORT LAUDERDALE TRUCK FARMS
SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4,
7 PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA;
OTHERWISE IDENTIFIED AS BEING THOSE LANDS LYING SOUTH OF
8 THE COLONY WEST EXECUTIVE GOLF COURSE, NORTH OF THE EXISTING
BODY OF WATER AND EXTENDING WESTWARD FROM NW 94 AVENUE TO
g PROPOSED NOB HILL ROAD; PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENT OF THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REFLECT SUCH CHANGE; PROVIDING FOR
10 SEVERABILITY• AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

12 WHEREAS, pursuant to the instruction of the City Council of
13 he City of Tamarac, Florida, public notice has been given in accordance
14 with the applicable law of the time and place of public hearing regardin
15 he zoning of the property described herein and the said public hearing
16 as been held in accordance with the notice and the public has been
17 liven an opportunity to be, and has been heard; and the Council has
18 examined and investigated the request for the zoning herein and has
19received the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of
20Tamarac; and
21 WHEREAS, public hearing has been held on Petition 22-Z-84 by
22 Ihe City Council, pursuant to the Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AMARAC, FLORIDA:
25 SECTION 1: That those lands described in Exhibit "A" attached
261 iere to and made a part hereof are hereby rezoned from A-5, R-4A and R-1B to
RM-10.
27 SECTION 2: That the Official Zoning Map of the City of Tamarac
28 hall be changed to reflect in the zoning, said changes to be initialed
29 y the Mayor and the City Clerk, together with the effective date of
30 his Ordinance.
31 SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
32 jerewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

1 SECTION 4: Should any section or provision of this Ordinance
2 or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence or word be declared
3 y a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision
4 shall not affect the validity of the remainder hereof as a whole or
5 any part hereof, other than the part declared to be invalid.
6 SECTION 5: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
7upon its final passage.
