ORDINANCE NO. U 4- 6`
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC. 15-6(b) OF THE
TAMARAC CITY CODE AMENDING THE DEFINITIONS OF
COMMERCIAL AND RECREATIONAL VEHICLES, BOATS
AND BOAT TRAILERS AS THEY APPLY TO PARKING
RESTRICTIONS; PROVIDING FOR REPEALER;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR
CODIFICATION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the present Code Section 15-6(b) utilizes
obsolete tax classifications;
WHEREAS, the police department has expressed a need for
greater clarity in defining those types of vehicles which are
subject to parking restrictions by Section 15-6 of the Tama-
rac City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
HfTION_1: Section 15-6(b) of the Tamarac City Code is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 15-6. Parking or storage of commercial or recreational
vehicles, boats or boat trailers.
(a) Restrictions. (Same)
(b) Definitions.

SECT,ION-2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are repealed -to the extent of such con-
flict.
SECTION_3: Should any section or provision of this
ordinance.or any portion hereof or any paragraph, sentence or
word be declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid such decision shall not affect the validity of the
remainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof other than the
part declared to be invalid.
SECTION__4: Specific authority is hereby granted to
codify this ordinance.
