3 ORDINANCE NO.
4 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 74-161;
CREATING CITY CODE SECTION 2-3.2 ENTITLED
5 "PHOTOCOPYING FEES" AS REQUIRED BY SECTION
6 119.07, FLORIDA STATUTES, AS AMENDED BY
SESSION LAW NO. 84-298; PROVIDING FOR
7 CODIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR A REPEALER.;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY OF INVALID
8 PROVISIONS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE

10 WHEREAS, Section 119.07, Florida Statutes, as amended by
11 Session Law No. 84-298 requires fees to be charged by the
12 City of Tamarac to be as prescribed by law; and
13 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac wishes
14 to comply with Section 119.07, Florida Statutes, as amended
15 by Session Law No. 84-298.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF

THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.

5ECTION-1: That section 2-3.2 of the Tamarac City Code

19 is hereby created to provide as follows:
"Sec. 2-3.2. Photocopying Fees.

That the following charges shall apply for the
21
copying of Police Department documents:

$ 5.00 Traffic Accident Reports
23
$ 50.00 Traffic Homicide Reports
24
$ 5.00 Offense Report
25
N/C Pre -employment Record Check
26
N/C Letter of Certificate (Visa)

$ 5.00 Probable Cause Affidavit

$ 2.00 each - Photos 3 X 5

$ 6.00 each - 8 X 10

That the following charges shall apply for copying all
other Municipal documents:

$ 0.25 for legal or Letter sized sheet.

$ 1.00 additional for certified true copy."

codify this ordinance.

,SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are repealed to the extent of such con-
flict. Resolution R--75-161 is hereby repealed.
SECTION. 4: Should any section or provision of this
ordinance or any portion hereof or any paragraph, sentence or
word be. declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the
remainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof other than the
part declared to Ue invalid.
SECTQj_,: This ordinance shall become effective upon
adoption.
