CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO. 0-85_1,�?_
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 2-41 OF THE
TAMARAC CITY CODE (ORDINANCE 0-84-65)
ENTITLED "CHARTER REVIEW COMMITTEE";
PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING A
REPEALER; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND
RKRO DATE .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SE-CTION__1: That Section 2-41 of the Tamarac City Code
(Ordinance 0-84-65) entitled "Charter Review Committee" which
is attached hereto as Exhibit 1 is hereby repealed.
S-ECTI0N-21: Specific authority is hereby granted to codify
this Ordinance.
SECTION_3: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
SECTII 4: Should any section or provision of this
Ordinance or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence or
word be declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the
remainder hereof as whole or any part hereof, other than the
part declared to be invalid.
By T Q _-5: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its final approval.

7 WHEREAS, Section 4.08 of the city charter authorizes the
8 creation of advisory boards;
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
10 THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Council hereby determines that
