AN ORDINANCE CREATING SECTION 27-35.1 OF THE
6 CITY CODE REGARDING THE STATE OF FLORIDA
WASTEWATER GRANT REVENUE GENERATION SYSTEM
7 REQUIREMENTS FOR TAMARAC UTILITIES WEST;
PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING A
8 REPEALER; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY OF
INVALID PROVISIONS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
9 TZVF

_1 WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has a need to expand its
12 wastewater treatment plant facilities; and
13 WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac is desirous of obtaining
14 State of Florida Department of Environmental Regulation
15 construction grant funding for three (3) projects affecting
16 Tamarac Utilities West; and
17 WHEREAS, there are certain financial requirements
18 mandated by the State grant program;
19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
0 THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
21 EC ON I: That Section 27-35.1 "West Utility Revenue
22 Generation System requirements" is hereby created to provide
23 as follows:

Specific authority is hereby granted to
codify this Ordinance.
5EC�T_,QV_J: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
59,-MO Should any section or provision of this
Ordinance or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence
or word be declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to
be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of
the remainder hereof as whole or any part hereof, other than
the part declared to be invalid.
