No. 1199 1 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18' 19' 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA ORDINANCE NO. 0- 30 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PRIOR ZONING ORDINANCES, PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM S-1 (OPEN SPACE/RECREATION) TO R-4A (PLANNED APARTMENTS); LANDS DESCRIBED AS A PORTION OF PARCEL 2, CYPRESS AT WOODMONT, ACCORDING TO THE, PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 107, PAGE 4 OF THE PUBLIC REC.ORDS__OF.BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA (OTHER- WISE IDENTIFIED AS BEING THE PREVIOUS RECREATION PARCEL 2 OF CYPRESS III)• PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENT dF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REFLECT SUCH CHANGE; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, pursuant to the instruction of the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida, public notice has been given in accordanc with the applicable law of the time and place of public hearing regardi the zoning of the property described herein and the said public hearing has been held in accordance with the notice and the public has been given an opportunity to be, and has been heard; and the Council has A examined and investigated the request for the zoning herein and has received the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of Tamarac; and WHEREAS, public hearing has been held on Petition 10-Z-85 by the City Council, pursuant to the Charter. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That those lands described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof are hereby rezoned from S-1 to R-4A.
