BROWARD _COUNTY, FLORIDA (OTHERWISE DESCRIBED AS BEING THE RECREATION PARCEL' FOR JASMINE PROJECT ON THE NORTH SIDE OF NW 70 STREET APPROXIMATELY 280-FEET EAST OF NW 88 AVENUE); PROVID- ING FOR AMENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO RE- FLECT SUCH CHANGE; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PRO VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, pursuant to the instruction of the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida, public notice has been given in accordan with the applicable law of the time and place of public hearing regard' the zoning of the property described herein and the said public hearing Ihas been held in accordance with the notice and the public has been given an opportunity to be, and has been heard; and the Council has a examinee, and investigated the request for the zoning herein and has receiveu the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of Tamarac; and WHEREAS, public hearing has been held on Petition 11-Z-85 by the City Council, pursuant to the Charter. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That those lands described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof are hereby rezoned from R-4A to S-1. SECTION 2: That the Official Zoning Map of the City of Tamarac shall be changed to reflect in the zoning, said changes to be initialed by the Mayor and the City Clerk, together with the effective date of this Ordinar SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict therewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
