4 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TAMARAC CITY CODE
SECTION 18-4, DESIGN STANDARDS; SUBSECTION
5 (9) LIMITATIONS ON DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE IMPROVE-
MENTS, BY ADDING A NEW SUB -SECTION (f);
5 PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING A
REPEALER; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY OF
7 INVALID PROVISIONS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
TIVE_DATE1-_w.v
9 WHEREAS, the Tamarac Planning Commission has determined
0 the need to revise Tamarac's present design standards for
limitations on driveway entrance improvements; and
M1 WHEREAS, the Tamarac City Council has reviewed the
12 recommendations of the Planning Commission and has determined
at a public hearing the need to revise the applicable sec-
13 tions of Tamarac's City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
14 CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
15 SE TIOT 1.. That Section 18-4, Design standards, sub-
section (9) Limitations on Drive Entrance Improvements, of
the Tamarac City Code is hereby amended by adding a new sub--
17 section (f) as underlined below to provide as follows:
15 "(9) Limitations on Driveway Entrance Improvements.

32 _0QT.�gNT_Z: Specific authority is hereby granted to
codify this Ordinance.
33 SECTION?-3: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
34 conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
5E.C_'_jQ_S_A: Should any section or provision of this
Ordinance or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence

or word be declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to
be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of
the remainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof, other
than the part declared to be invalid.
SECTION 5: This Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its final passage and shall govern all
approvals.
