CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO. 0-85- �(,o_
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN ANNUAL UTILITY EAST FUND
BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF TAMARAC FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1985; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, heretofore the Council has received the recommended
Utility Budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1985,
and has advertised the summary thereto, has advertised and held
a public hearing thereon; and
WHEREAS, the public has had available to them copies of such
budget and the opportunity to express themselves thereon; and
WHEREAS, the City Council received and reviewed said recom-
mendations and comments by the public and is desirous of adop-
ting an annual Utility East Fund Budget for the Fiscal Year
beginning October 1, 1985.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the annual Utility East Fund Budget, as set
forth in Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof as
fully as if set forth herein, be, and the same is hereby adopted
and approved by the Council of the City of Tamarac as the Util-
ity East Fund Budget of the City of Tamarac for the Fiscal Year
beginning October 1, 1985.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
instructed to forward to the Comptroller of the State of Florida
a certified copy of this Ordinance.

SECTION 3: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
instructed to keep a certified copy of this Ordinance and the
budget provided for herein in the permanent files of the City of
Tamarac.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall become effective upon
final adoption.
