No. 12Pn 1 2 3 4 5 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA ORDINANCE NO. 0-85- AN ORDINANCE AIENDING PRIOR ZONING ORDINANCES, PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM R-4A (PLANNED APARTMENTS) TO B-6 (BUSINESS DISTRICT); LANDS DESCRIBED AS A PORTION OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 41 EAST OF FORT LAUDERDALE TRUCK FARMS SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4 AT PAGE 31 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, -___FLORIDA -(OTHERWISE DESCRIBED AS BEING LANDS AT THE REAR OF UNIVERSITY CO1,.2"UNITY HOSPITAL PROPERTY, EX- TENDING APPROXIMATELY 336.7 FEET WEST OF THE WEST PROPERTY LINE OF THE HOSPITAL); PROVIDING FOR AMEND- MENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REFLECT SUCH CHANGE; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF , FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That those lands described in Exhibit "A" attached ereto and r.ia.de a part hereof are herebv rezoned from R-4A to B-6 tilizin-s-,_.t.be 5%.....flexibili.ty_rule for _commercial development in resi- ential land use area not to exceed 10 acres. SECTION 2: That the Official Zoning Map of the City of Tamarac 11 be changed to reflect in the zoning, said changes to be initialed the Mayor and the City Clerk, together with the effective date of is Ordinance.
