ORDINANCE NO. 0-85-
AN ORDINANCE AIENDING PRIOR ZONING ORDINANCES,
PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FROM R-4A (PLANNED APARTMENTS) TO B-6 (BUSINESS
DISTRICT); LANDS DESCRIBED AS A PORTION OF SECTION 4,
TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 41 EAST OF FORT LAUDERDALE
TRUCK FARMS SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4
AT PAGE 31 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY,
-___FLORIDA -(OTHERWISE DESCRIBED AS BEING LANDS AT THE
REAR OF UNIVERSITY CO1,.2"UNITY HOSPITAL PROPERTY, EX-
TENDING APPROXIMATELY 336.7 FEET WEST OF THE WEST
PROPERTY LINE OF THE HOSPITAL); PROVIDING FOR AMEND-
MENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REFLECT SUCH
CHANGE; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN

WHEREAS, pursuant to the instruction of the City Council of
the City of Tamarac, Florida, public notice has been given in accordanci

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That those lands described in Exhibit "A" attached
ereto and r.ia.de a part hereof are herebv rezoned from R-4A to B-6
tilizin-s-,_.t.be 5%.....flexibili.ty_rule for _commercial development in resi-
ential land use area not to exceed 10 acres.
SECTION 2: That the Official Zoning Map of the City of Tamarac
11 be changed to reflect in the zoning, said changes to be initialed
the Mayor and the City Clerk, together with the effective date of

SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
rewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

SECTION 4: Should any section or provision of this Ordinance
or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence or word be declared
by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision
shall not affect the validity of the remainder hereof as a whole or
any part hereof, other than the part declared to be invalid.
SECTION 5: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its final passage.

LAUDERDALE TRUCK FARMS SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 31, of the Public Records of Broward
County, Florida, Lsin,,q more particularly described as follower:
COMMENCING at.the Southeast corner of said Section 4; thence North
