CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO. 0-86--L—
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A 20--FOOT WIDE DRAINAGE
EASEMENT LYING IN PARCEL A, BISHOP TRACT 31 -
HIDDEN HARBOUR APARTMENTS; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY OF INVALID PROVISIONS; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: FINDINGS OF FACT A determination is
hereby made by the City Council that the 20-foot wide drainage
easement described on Exhibit "A" is no longer needed for public
purposes and, accordingly, the drainage easement interest should
revert to the private party(ties) owning the property burdened by
the drainage easement to be vacated.
SE,TION_2: The 20--foot wide drainage easement des-
cribed in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof, is
hereby abandoned, vacated and extinguished by the City Council of
the City of Tamarac, Florida, and such drainage easement shall no
longer be deemed property to be used for public purposes on behalf
of the people of the City of Tamarac, Florida.
SECTION 3: Should any section or provision of this
Ordinance or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence or
word be declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be in-
valid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remainder
hereof as a whole or any part hereof, other than the part declared
to be invalid.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall become effective upon
final adoption.

PAGE 24, PUBLIC RECORDS, BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA BEING MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID PARCEL "A", THENCE SOUTH
03032'02" WEST ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID PARCEL "A" FOR 775.21
FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF SAID 20 FOOT WIDE DRAINAGE
EASEMENT LYING 10.00 FEET ON EACH SIDE OF AND CONTIGUOUS WITH THE
