CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC. 6-44 OF THE TAMARAC
CITY CODE; PROVIDING FOR NEW REQUIREMENTS FOR
FENCE SETBACKS ON CORNER LOTS; PROVIDING
REPEALER; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY OF IN-
VALID PROVISIONS; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION;
WHEREAS, line of sight for traffic may be adequately
maintained by requiring a fence setback for corner lots only at
the corner bordering a street intersection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SMION-1: That Sec 6-44 of the Tamarac City Code is hereby
amended to provide as follows:
"Sec. 6-44. Residential Districts.

5B T R-22: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such con-
flict.
SE TIQN Specific authority is hereby granted to codify
this ordinance.
QT1QI1.4: Should any section or provision of this Ordi-
nance or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence or word
be declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid,
such decision shall not affect the validity of the remainder
hereof as a whole or any part thereof, other than the part de-
clared to be invalid.
5Z_C,T1,QR_ _ 5: This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
