CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO. 0-816-4
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
AMENDING CHAPTER 28 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES,
"ZONING," AT SECTION 28-171 "MASTER.LIST ENU-
MERATION'; UPHOLSTERY SHOP, 5,000 SQUARE FEET
IN AREA AND NOT MANUFACTURING OR ASSEMBLING ON
THE PREMISES TO BE LOCATED WITHIN THE B-1 ZONE;
PROVIDING A REPEALER; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SFXT1QImo: Code section 28-171 of the Code of Ordi-
nances, Master List Enumerated is hereby amended as follows:

Sect-jon 2: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
,sgr-tion_3: Should any section or provision of this
Ordinance or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence
or word be declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to
be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of
the remainder hereof as whole or any part hereof, other than
the part declared to be invalid.
