ORDINANCE NO. 86- $
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 0-81--41 AND
ORDINANCE 80--91 BY MODIFYING OCCUPATIONAL
LICENSE TAX CLASSIFICATIONS AND FEES; PROVIDING
FOR SEVERABILITY OF INVALID PROVISIONS; PRO-
VIDING REPEALER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION-1: Section 1 of Ordinance 81-41 is amended to read
as follows:
"SECTION 1: AMOUNT OF FEE TO BE PAID
Licenses shall be issued to cover but one location and
but one of the occupations of business classifications
hereinafter set out unless permitted hereunder and the
amounts assessed as license fees against the various trades,
businesses and professions are hereby fixed as follows:

SECTION 2: Any and all businesses and occupations

the State Department of Professional Regulation shall, prior
to issuance of a local business license, produce a

State Department of Professional Regulations license_
pursuant to Chapter 85-278, Laws of Florida as may be amended
from time to time.
SECTION 3: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby'repealed to the extent of such
conflict.

E TION 4: Should any. section or provision of this Ordinance
or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence or word be
word be declared by a -Court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the
remainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof, other than the
part declared to be invalid.
,SECTION 5: This Ordinance shall become effective immedi-
ately upon its final passage.
