No. 1241 1 1 1 2 3 4 5i, I 6 7 8 PJ 10 11 12 13 14 15 CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA ORDINANCE NO. 0-86- / AN ORDINANCE.AMENDING PRIOR ZONING ORDINANCES, PRO- VIDING FOR THE REZONING OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM RM-10 (PLANNED APARTMENTS) TO B-2 (PLANNED BUSINESS) UTILIZING THE 5% FLEXIBILITY RULE FOR COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT IN RESIDENTIAL LAND USE AREA NOT TO EXCEED 10 ACRES; LANDS BEING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF MCNAB ROAD AND NW 88 AVENUE (OTHERWISE _IDENTIFIED AS BEING PARCEL R, WOODLAND LAKES, AS RE- CORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGE 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA); PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REFLECT SUCH CHANGE; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, pursuant to the instruction of the City Council of he City of Tamarac, Florida, public notice has been given in accordance ith the applicable law of the time and place of public hearing regardin he zoning of the property described herein and the said public hearing �s been held in accordance with the notice and the public has been 16j ven an opportunity to be, and has been heard; and the Council has 17 amined and investigated the request for the zoning herein and has 18 ceived the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of 19 te raca and 20 WHEREAS, public hearing has been held on Petition 27-Z-85 by 21 CityCouncil, pursuant to the Charter. 22 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 23 RAC, FLORIDA: 24 SECTION 1: That those lands described in Exhibit "A" attached 25 h reto and made a part hereof are hereby rezoned from RM--10 to B-2. 26 SECTION 2: That the Official Zoning Map of the City of Tamarac 27 s all be changed to reflect in the zoning, said changes to be initialed 28 b the Mayor and the City Clerk, together with the effective date of 29 30 is Ordinance.
