AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
REPEALING CODE SECTION 2-29(c) WHICH CREATES
THE POSITION OF COMMISSIONER OF HUMAN RELA--
TIONSi,AND PROVIDIN-G—AN—FFFECTT,VE.-_PATEa,_____.
WHEREAS, the City Council no longer believes that the
position of Commissioner of Human Relations is a needed
position;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
5ECT10N 1: City Code Section 2-29(c) which creates the
position of Commissioner of Human Relations is hereby
repealed.
_5ECTx4N 2: This Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its final passage.
