CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO. 0-86-,-,24
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION 19-1.2 (q)
AND (r) OF THE TAMARAC CITY CODE REGARDING
THE RETIREMENT PLAN FOR CITY EMPLOYEES;
PROVIDING FOR AN ANNUAL BUDGET UNDER CERTAIN
TERMS AND CONDITIONS; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICA-
TION; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY OF INVALID
PROVISIONS; PROVIDING A REPEALER; AND PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Subsection 19-1.2(q) and (r) of the
Tamarac City Code is hereby amended to provide as follows:
"Annual Budget: Each fiscal year thg

SECTION 2: Specific authority is hereby granted to
codify this ordinance.
SECTION 3: Should any section or provision of this
Ordinance or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence
or word be declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to
be in valid, such decision shall not affect the validity of
the remainder hereof as a whole or any part thereof, other
than the part declared to be invalid.
,SECTION 4: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
SECTIQN 5: This Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its final passage.
