CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE 0-86-.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ADMINI-
STRATION, OF THE CITY'S CODE OF ORDI-
NANCES AT SECTION 2-11, REGULAR MEETINGS;
PROVIDING FOR THE TIME AND FREQUENCY IN
WHICH REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE CITY
COUNCIL SHALL BE HELD; PROVIDING THAT
WHEN A REGULAR MEETING DATE FALLS ON A
LEGAL HOLIDAY SAID MEETING SHALL BE
RESCHEDULED BY COUNCIL; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTING
ORDINANCES REPEALED; PROVIDING FOR COD-
IFICATION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE_ DATE._..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION_1: Chapter II, Administration, of the City's
Code of Ordinances, at Section 2-11, Regular Meetings, shall
hereby be amended to read in full as follows:
Regular meetings of the City Council shall be held
on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month.

Should' a regular meeting date fall on a legal

accordance with the following-sch-e-dule;

,SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of this
Ordinance or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence
or word be declared by a Court of Competent jurisdiction to
be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of
the remainder hereof as whole or any part hereof, other than
the part declared to be invalid.
. _ ,SECTIQN 3: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinance in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
SECT_ION_4: Specific authority is hereby granted to
codify this ORDINANCE.
SECTl4N_5: This Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its final passage.
