CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO. 0-86-�
AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING EMERGENCY ORDINANCE
0-86-33, PERTAINING TO THE CODE ENFORCEMENT
BOARD; PROVIDING FOR A REPEALER; PROVIDING
FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Ordinance 0-86--33 was adopted on an emergency
basis at the June 11, 1986 City of Tamarac Council Meeting
due to time constraints imposed by referendum; and
WHEREAS, it was desirous of the City Council to adopt a
Code Enforcement Board pursuant to said referendum; and
WHEREAS, an emergency resulted due to the time con-
straints and a significant change in staff positions of the
City of Tamarac during the interim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac is
desirous to ratify the emergency Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
E TI 1:, That emergency Ordinance 0-86-33 pertaining
to the Code Enforcement Board of the City of Tamarac, a
certified copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof as exhibit "A", is hereby ratified in its entirety.
SECTION 2: That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances
or motions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
E TI N 3: Should any section or provision: of this
Ordinance or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence
or word be declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to
be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of
the remainder hereof as whole or any part hereof, other than
the part declared to be invalid.
