No. 1281 1 2 3 4 I 7 8 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA ORDINANCE NO. 0- 86-- -6�/ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PRIOR ZONING ORDINANCES, PRO- VIDING FOR THE REZ014ING OF CERTAIN REAL -PROPERTY FROM B-1 (NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS) TO B-2 (PLANNED BUSINESS) LANDS DESCRIBED AS A PORTION OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 41 EAST, OF FORT LAUDERDALE TRUCK FARMS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 31 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY (OTHERWISE DESCRIBED AS BEING LANDS OT] THE NORTH SIDE OF COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD AT NW 47 TERRACE); PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP' TO REFLECT SUCH CHANGE; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, pursuant to the instruction of the City Council of he City of Tamarac, Florida, public notice has been given in accordance ith the applicable law of the time and place of public hearing regardin he zoning of the property described herein and the said public hearing as been held in accordance with the notice and the public has been 17 kliven an opportunity to be, and has been heard; and the Council has 18 xamined and investigated the request for the zoning herein and has 19 20 eceived the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of lamarac; and 21 WHEREAS, public hearing has been held on Petition 8--Z-86 by 22 the City Council, pursuant to the Charter. 23 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: 24 25 SECTION 1: That those lands described in Exhibit "A" attached 26 hereto and made a part hereof are hereby rezoned from B-1 to B-2. 27 SECTION 2: That the Official Zoning Map of the City of Tamarac 2$ shall be changed to reflect in the zoning, said changes to be initialed 29 by the Mayor and the City Clerk, together with the effective date of 30 this Ordinance. 31 SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict 32 herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. 34 rj%► O~sel,-S/ 1 SECTION 4: Should any section or provision of this Ordinance 2 or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence or word be declared 3 by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision 4 shall not affect the validity Df the remainder hereof as a whole or 5 any part hereof, other than the part declared to be invalid.
