CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO. 0-86-6'y
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN ANNUAL UTILITY EAST
FUND BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF TAMARAC FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1986; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, heretofore the Council has received the
recommended Utility Budget for the fiscal year beginning
October 1, 1986, and has advertised the summary thereto, has
advertised and held a public hearing thereon; and
WHEREAS, the public has had available to them copies of
such budget and the opportunity to express themselves
thereon; and
WHEREAS, the City Council received and reviewed said
recommendations and comments by the public and is desirous of
adopting an annual Utility East Fund Budget for the Fiscal
Year beginning October 1, 1986.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the annual Utility East Fund Budget,
reflecting estimated expenses and receipts for .Fiscal Year 1986/87
of $500,850.00, as set forth in Schedule A, attached hereto
and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein, be,
and the same is hereby adopted and approved by the Council of
the City of Tamarac as the Utility East Fund Budget of the
City of Tamarac for the Fiscal Year beginning October 1,
1986.
SECTIQN 2: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
instructed to forward to the Comptroller of the State of
Florida a certified copy of this Ordinance.

SECTION 3: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
instructed to keep a certified copy of this Ordinance and the
budget provided for herein in the permanent files of the City
of Tamarac.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall become effective upon
final adoption.
