CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO. 0-86-_�56
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC PERTAINING TO
PHOTOCOPYING FEES; PROVIDING FOR FEES FOR THE
COPYING OF ZONING AND STREET MAPS; PROVIDING FOR
REPEALER; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR
CODIFICATION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held pursuant to
Chapter 166, Florida Statutes and;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac deter-
mines that it is in the public interest to adopt the
following ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1_ That Section 2-3.2 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Tamarac is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 2-3.2 Photocopying fees.
The following charges shall apply for the copying
of police department documents.
Traffic Accident Reports -------------------- $ 5.00
Traffic Homicide Reports -------------------- $50.00
Offense Reports ----------------------------- $ 5.00
Preemployment Record Check------------------- N/C
Letter of Certificate (visa)---------------- N/C
Probable Cause Affidavit -------------------- $ 5.00
Photos, 3X5, each --------------------------- $ 2.00
Photos, 8X10, each------------------------ --$ 6.00
The following charges shall apply for copying all
.other municipal documents:
For legal or letter sized sheet ------------- $ 0.25
Zoning Maps, 24" by 36", each --------------- $ 4.00

SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
ECTI N 3: If any provision of this Ordinance or the
application thereof to any person or circumstance is held
invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or
applications of this Ordinance that can be given effect without
the invalid provision or application, and to this end the
provisions of this Ordinance are declared to be severable
SECTION4: Specific authority is hereby granted to codify
this Ordinance.
,,9ECTION 5: This Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon adoption and passage.
