No. 1292 1 21 3 5 6 7 9 10 11 17 13 14 15 16 17 is 19 20 21 22 23 CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA ORDINANCE NO. 0- 86- --5 7 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PRIOR ZONING ORDINANCES, PRQVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM R-3 (LOW DENSITY MULTIPLE DWELLING) TO R--4A (PLANNED APARTMENTS) TO ALLOW A THREE-STORY CORE AT SOME TWO-STORY BUILDINGS; PROPERTY KNOWN AS "TRACT 37" AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 125, PAGE 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS_ OF BROWARD.COUNTY; OTHERWISE IDENTIFIED AS BEING THOSE LANDS AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF NW 77. STREET AND WESTWOOD DRIVE; PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REFLECT SUCH CHANGE; PRO- VIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE 7ATE. WHEREAS, pursuant to the instruction of the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida, public notice has been given in accorda with the applicable law of the time and place of public hearing regar he zoning of the property described herein and the said public heari as been held in.accordance with the notice and the public has been iven an opportunity to be, and has been heard; and the Council has xamined and investigated the request for the zoning herein and has eceived the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of rac; and WHEREAS, public hearing has been held on Petition 11-Z-86 by e City Council, pursuant to the Charter. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF C, FLORIDA: 24 SECTION 1: That those lands described in Exhibit "A" attached 25 rereto and made a part hereof are hereby rezoned from R-3 to R-4A. 26 SECTION 2: That the Official Zoning Map of the City of Tamarac hall be changed to reflect in the zoning, said changes to be initialed _' 28 ly the Mayor and the City Clerk, together with the effective date of 29 his Ordinance. 30 SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict 31 lerewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. 32 33 34 0 SECTION 4: Should any section or provision of this Ordinance or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence or word be declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof, other than the part declared to be invalid.
