ORDINANCE NO. 0-86-64-
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF A
UTILITY DRAINAGE AND CANAL MAINTENANCE
EASEMENT LOCATED WITHIN A PORTION OF
LOT 91 OF WOODMONT TRACT 57; PETITION
#1-V-86; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY OF
INVALID PROVISIONS; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIYE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SEC,TTI NN 1: FINDING OF.FACT: A determination is hereby
made by the City Council that the portion of the Utility
Drainage Canal Maintenance Easement described in Exhibit "1"
are no longer needed for public purposes and, accordingly,
the easement interest should revert to the private party(ies)
owning the property burdened by the portion of the easement
to be vacated.
SECTION2: The portion of the Utility Drainage Canal
Maintenance Easement described in Exhibit "1", attached
hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby abandoned, vacated
and extinguished by the City Council of the City of Tamarac,
Florida, and such portion of easement shall no longer be
deemed property to be used for public purposes on behalf of
the people of the City of Tamarac, Florida.
SECTIQN 3: Should any section or provision of this
Ordinance or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence
or word be declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to
be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of
the remainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof, other
than the part declared to be invalid.

Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 91, WOODMONT TRACT 57;
thence due East along the South line of said Lot 91 (on an
assumed bearing) for 100.00 feet to the Point of Beginning;
thence due North, along the West Iine of a drainage and canal
maintainence easement as shown on said plat of WOODMONT TRACT 57,
for 20.00 feet; thence due East along the North line of said
drainage and canal maintainence easement for 20.00 feet to a
point on a curve, a radial bearing at said point being
perpendicular to the last described course; thence Southwesterly
along the arc of a.curve to the left, having a radius of 20.00
feet and a central angle of 900 for 31.42. feet to the Point of
Beginning.
