(2) Implementation.
(a) Add one (1) inch to base letter height for each
fifty (50) feet from street right-of-way and/or one
inch for each fifty (50) feet of sign elevation
above the established ground elevation. Increments
greater than twenty five (25) feet shall be con-
sidered equal to the next highest division.
(b) Add five (5) per cent of base sign area for each
fifty (50) feet from street right-of-way and/or two
and one half (2 1/2) per cent for each twenty --five
(25) feet of sign elevation above the established
ground elevation. Increments greater than one-half
(1/2) of the designated divisions shall be con-
sidered equal to the next highest division.
(c) Each separate street frontage shall be considered
individually as to maximum items of information.
(d) All signs where practical must have an unobstructed
sign face border around said sign with a minimum
width of 25 percent of the average letter height.'
(e) There shall be' no limit to the items of information
in a permitted changeable copy sign.
(f) To provide an equitable relationship between the
sizes of the sign for each establishment in a
commercial center, whether or not they are parallel
to the right-of-way, the distance from the right--
of-way will be measured by extending a line from
the mid -point of a storefront in a manner so that
the line strikes the nearest right-of-way at a
right angle. In cases where the distances of
buildings from adjacent road rights -of -way vary
more than 250 feet, the weighted average of linear
feet of building frontage shall be taken to compute
items of information, letter height and sign area.
18. Size of banner: Banner signs May be permit ted up
to the size that a permitted permanent wall sign
would be permitted in the same location.
