AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC#
FLORIDA, AMENDING ARTICLE II OF CHAPTER 12
OF THE TAMARAC CITY CODE PERTAINING TO
REGISTRATION OF CERTAIN PERSONNEL BY AMEN-
DING SECTION 12-56 TO DELETE CERTAIN OCCUPA-
TIONS FROM THE EFFECT OF THE CODE AND ADD
CERTAIN OCCUPATIONS; PROVIDING FOR CODIFI-
CATION; PROVIDING REPEALER; PROVIDING
SEVERABILITY OF INVALID PROVISION; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

SECTION 1 : Section 12--56. of the Tamarac City Code is

amended by adding the words, numerals and punctuation under--

scored, and by deleting the words, numerals and punctuation

SECTION 2 : Specific authority is hereby granted to
codify this Ordinance.
SECTION 3 : All ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
SECTION 4 If any provision of this Ordinance or the
application thereof to any person or circumstance is held
invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or
applications of this Ordinance. that can be given affect
without the invalid provision or application, and to this end
the provisions of this Ordinance are declared to be
severable.
SECTION 5 This Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon adoption and passage.
