ORDINANCE NO. 0-91- 33
An ordinance of the City of Tamarac repealing
Chapter 21, "Subdivisions", Article IV "Park
and Recreation Sites", Sections 21-181 and
21-182 providing for Land Dedications for
parks and recreation impact fees; providing
for codification; providing for repeal;
providing for severability; and providing for
An effective date.
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
Parks and Recreation Impact Fee regulations should be relocated
within the City of Tamarac Code of Ordinances is in the public
interest;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
Section 2: Specific authority is hereby granted to codify this
Ordinance.
Section 3: All Ordinances or part of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 4: If any provisions of this Ordinance or the
application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid,
such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of
this Ordinance that can be given affect without the invalid provision
or application, and to this end the provision of this Ordinance are
declared to be severable.
Section 5: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon adoption and passage.
