CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO. 0-91-�
An ordinance of the City of Tamarac amending
Chapter 24 "Zoning", Article 3 "District
Regulations", Division 13 "S-1 Recreational
District" by adopting new Section 24-315
"Assembly Areas", setting forth definitions,
minimum floor areas, building locations in S-
1 areas; providing for codification; providing
for repeal; providing for severability; and
providing for an effective date.
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
Chapter 21, Article IV, Section 21-182 "Assembly Areas" of the City
of Tamarac Code of Ordinances is more appropriately located in
Chapter 24 of the Tamarac Code of Ordinances "Zoning"; and
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
relocating the "Assembly Areas" regulations in the City of Tamarac
Code of Ordinances is in the public interest; and
Whereas the "Assembly Areas" regulations apply only in S-1
districts;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

Section 2: Specific authority is hereby granted to codify this
Ordinance.
Section 3: All Ordinances or part of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 4: If any provisions of this Ordinance or the
application thereof to any. person or circumstances is held invalid,
such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of
this Ordinance that can be given affect without the invalid provision
or application, and to this end the provision of this Ordinance are
declared to be severable.
Section 5: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon adoption and passage.
