CITY OF TAMARAC
ORDINANCE NO, 0-92- S
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA,
AMENDING CHAPTER 12, ARTICLE II, ENTITLED "OCCU-
PATIONAL LICENSES"; AMENDING SECTION 12-301 "LO-
CATION OF BUSINESSES; APPLICABILITY OF ZONING
REGULATIONS," PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; PROVID-
ING REPEALER; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE D,,�,IE.
WHEREAS, the City has determined the need to amend the language in
Chapter 12 of the Code of Ordinances to clarify the authority to make
zoning interpretations which govern allowed uses in the City's zoning
districts;.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,

SECTION 1:That Section 12-30(c), "Location of Business; Applicabil-
ity of Zoning Regulations, " of the Tamarac City Code is hereby amended
as follows:
(c) Before issuing an occupational license, it shall be the duty

SECTION 2: Specific authority is hereby granted to codify this
Ordinance.
SECTION 3: If any provision of this Ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity
shall not affect other provisions or applications of this Ordinance that
can be given affect without the invalid provision or application, and
to this end the provisions of this Ordinance are declared to be
severable.
SECTION A.,- This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
adoption and passage.
