ORDINANCE NO. 0-92- 2,0
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA,
AMENDING CHAPTER 10, "LAND DEVELOPMENT
REGULATIONS", ARTICLE 1, "IN GENERAL", SECTION 10-1,
"DEFINITIONS", BY ADDING PLOT PLAN; AND ARTICLE III,
"SITE DEVELOPMENT PLANS", DIVISION 2, "PRELIMINARY
SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN", SECTION 10-62(C)
"PRELIMINARY SITE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW", BY ADDING
(24) AND DIVISION 3, "FINAL SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN",
SECTION 10-79 "REQUIRED INFORMATION", BY ADDING (11)
PROVIDING FOR PLOT PLANS, IF APPLICABLE; PROVIDING
FOR CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING
FOR REPEALER; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida,
finds that it is in the best interests of the City to amend its
platting procedures to be consistent and compatible with the County
requirements; and
WHEREAS, the City finds that the proposed amendments
implement Goals, Objectives, and Policies of the Future Land use
Element of the Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City finds that a plot plan should be required in
replace of a replat to simpleify site plan and zoning review; and
WHEREAS, the City finds that in the interest of the City of
Tamarac to cross reference portions of Chapters 21 and 10 to
implement concurrency review and platting procedures.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

SECDON 3- Amends Section 10-78 Required information, by

EECTII N 4: Specific authority is hereby granted to codify this
Ordinance.
SECTION 5: All ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
.ECTION 6: If any provision of this Ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity
shall not affect other provisions or applications of this Ordinance
that can be given affect without the invalid provision or application,
and to this end the provisions of this Ordinance are declared to be
severable.
$ECTIQN 7: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon adoption and passage.
