Ord. # 1603 CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA ORDINANCE NO. 0-92-,Z3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR VACATING, RELEASING AND ABANDONING OF ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY (PORTION OF N.W. 64 AVENUE FROM N.W. 44TH STREET NORTH 974.62 FEET); SUBJECT TO THE GRANTING OF EASEMENTS; PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC PURPOSE; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: .$=IO.N 1: That the road right-of-way, as more fully described in Exhibit "A", a copy of which is attached hereto and specifically made a part of this Ordinance, is hereby vacated, released and abandoned. SECTION : Vacation of right-of-way is subject to granting of easements described as; A 30 foot wide water and sewer easement located from the existing center line eastward; and A 10 foot Florida Power & Light easement located centered between the existing power poles.
