ORDINANCE NO. 0-92-,Z3
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA,
PROVIDING FOR VACATING, RELEASING AND
ABANDONING OF ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY (PORTION OF
N.W. 64 AVENUE FROM N.W. 44TH STREET NORTH
974.62 FEET); SUBJECT TO THE GRANTING OF
EASEMENTS; PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC PURPOSE;
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
.$=IO.N 1: That the road right-of-way, as more fully
described in Exhibit "A", a copy of which is attached hereto and
specifically made a part of this Ordinance, is hereby vacated,
released and abandoned.
SECTION : Vacation of right-of-way is subject to granting of
easements described as;
A 30 foot wide water and sewer easement located from the existing
center line eastward; and
A 10 foot Florida Power & Light easement located centered between
the existing power poles.
SECTION 3: That the vacation, abandonment and release of the
above are found to be in the best interests of the City of Tamarac
and the citizens as a whole.

SECTION 4:_ That this Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon adoption at its second reading.

A portion of that certain unnamed Right -of -Way together with a
portion of Tract 13 of Section 14, Township 49 South, Range 41
East, both as shown on the plat of "FORT LAUDERDALE TRUCK FARMS",
according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4 at Page
31 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, being more
particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Northeasterly Corner of Lot 15, of Block 1, as
shown on the plat of "INVERRARY BOULEVARD ESTATES", as recorded in
Plat Book 112 at Page 25 of the Public Records of Broward County,
Florida; thence North 89 degrees 59 minutes 04 seconds East, along
the Easterly prolongation of the Northerly Boundary Line of said
Lot 15, for 53.01 feet to the Point of Beginning of the following
described parcel of lands thence continue North 89 degrees 59
minutes 04 seconds East, along the last described course, for
50.01 feetr thence South 0 degrees 59 minutes 00 seconds East,
along a line that is parallel with and 50.00 feet East of, as
measured at right angles to, the West Line of the Southwest 1/4 of
said Section 14, for 974.62 feet; last described course also being
coincident with the Westerly Boundary Line of Block 48, as shown

minutes 47 seconds West, along a line that is parallel with and

thence North 0 degrees 59 minutes 00 seconds West, along the West
Line of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 14, for 976.42 feet to
