ORDINANCE NO. 0-92- 31
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA; AMENDING SECTION 14-30 OF
CHAPTER 14 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, ENTITLED
"MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC", TO PROVIDE
RESTRICTIONS APPLICABLE TO PARKING COMMERCIAL
VEHICLES IN COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS AND ON OR
ADJACENT, TO VACANT LAND; PROVIDING FOR
INCLUSION IN THE CODE; PROVIDING FOR REPEALER;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the City Council o
the City of Tamarac that commercial vehicles are being parked
commercial property which bears no relation to either the owner,
lessee, or other person having the use of said vehicle; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac is desirou
of adopting restrictions regulating the parking of commercia
vehicles in commercial districts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA THAT:
�, CTTON 1: The title of Section 14-30 (b) of the Code of
Ordinances hereby is amended to read as follows:
(b) Restrictions
SECTIQU 2-1. There hereby is created a new Section ( c ) t
be added to Section 14-30 of the Code of Ordinances which reads as
follows:

section 4: Section 14-30(c) of the Code of Ordinance
hereby is re -lettered and amended to read in full as follows:

SECTION 5: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances ix
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of sucr
conflict.

SECTION 7: If any provision of this ordinance or thi
application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid
such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or application;
of this Ordinance that can be given affect without the invalii
provision or application, and to this end the provisions of thi;
Ordinance are declared to be severable.
