CITY OF TAMARAC
ORDINANCE NO. 0-92-��
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA, AMENDING
CHAPTER 21, "SUBDIVISIONS", ARTICLE II,
"PLATTING", BY CREATING DIVISION 6
"DELEGATION REQUEST", SECTION 21-89
"PURPOSE", SECTION 21-90 "NUMBER OF
COPIES, PROCESSING AND RECOMMENDATION
OF DEPARTMENTS, OFFICERS, ETC." AND
SECTION 21-91 "LIMITATIONS AND
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL"; PROVIDING FOR
CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION;
PROVIDING FOR REPEALER; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida,
finds that it is in the best interests of the City to amend the
platting procedures to be consistent and compatible with the County
requirements; and
WHEREAS the City finds that the proposed delegation request
implement Goals, Objectives, and Policies of the Tamarac
Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, due to plats being reviewed by the City and the
County and due to the County being the final reviewing authority,
notations and/or amendments to the face of a plat may occur after
approval by the City Council.; and
WHEREAS, this delegation request and procedure implements
-streamlining of the City's platting process.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

SECT(„QN 2: Specific authority is hereby granted to codify this
Ordinance.
TI N : All Ordinances or part of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
S-EQTION If any provisions of this Ordinance or the
application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid,
such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of
this Ordinance that can be given affect without the invalid provision
or application, and to this end the provision of this Ordinance are
declared to be severable.
S-ECIION-L: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon -adoption and passage.
