ORDINANCE NO.0-93
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 12 OF THE
TAMARAC CITY CODE ENTITLED LICENSES AND
BUSINESS REGULATIONS; ADDING ARTICLE XIV
ENTITLED "TEMPORARY SALES% ADDING A NEW
SECTION 12-334 ENTITLED OTEMPORARY HOLIDAY
SALES, VENDORS REGULATED", PROVIDING
REQUIREMENTS FOR TEMPORARY HOLIDAY SALES
FROM WAYSIDE STANDS FOR INDEPENDENCE DAY,
HALLOWEEN AND CHRISTMAS; PROVIDING FOR
CODIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR REPEALER;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR
AND EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Council -of the City of Tamarac deems it to
be in the best interest of the citizens and residents of the City of
Tamarac to Tegulate :temporary -holiday -sales -from --wayside vendors
for goods and materials related to Independence Day, Halloween, and
Christmas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF'THE C
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTLQbj 1: The foregoing Whereas clause is hereby ratified
confirmed as being true and correct and is hereby made a specific part
this Ordinance upon adoption hereof.
$EG 0 2: That the Tamarac Code of Ordinances Is here
amended by adding Article XIV, entitled 'Temporary Sales", Section 1
334, entitled "Temporary Holiday Sales, Vendors Regulated", to read
follows:
