CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
ORDINANCE NO. 0-94- Ii>,
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 6-35 OF THE
CITY CODE, REVISING CHARGES FOR REPRINTS,
PHOTOCOPIES AND/OR DUPLICATION OF PUBLIC
DOCUMENTS, PROVIDING A REPEALER,
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, PROVIDING FOR
CODIFICATION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Fla. Stat. 119.07(1)(a) authorizes local
governments to provide copies of public documents upon payment of
the fee prescribed by law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 : The foregoing whereas clause is hereby ratified
and confirmed as being true and correct and is hereby made a
specific part of this ordinance upon adoption hereof.
SECTION 2 : That Section 6-35 of the City Code is hereby
amended as follows:
Section 6-35. Photocopying fees.
(b) The following charges shall apply for copying all other
municipal documents:

SECTION 3 : All sections or parts of sections of the Code
of Municipal Ordinances, all ordinances or parts of
ordinances, and all resolutions or parts of resolutions in
conflict herewith, be and the same, are hereby repelled to the
extent of such conflict.
SECTION 4 : Should any section or provision of this
ordinance, or any paragraph , sentence or word be declared by
a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision
shall not affect the validity of the remainder hereof, as a
whole or a part hereof, other than the part declared to be
invalid.
SECTION 5 : It is the intention of the City Council of the
City of Tamarac that the provisions of this Ordinance shall
become and be made a part of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Tamarac and that the sections of this Ordinance may be
renumbered or relettered and the word "Ordinance" may be
changed to "Chapter", "Section", "Article", or such other
appropriate word or phrase, the use of which shall accomplish
the intentions herein expressed.

SECTION 6 : This ordinance shall be in full force and take
effect immediately upon its passage and final adoption.
