WHEREAS, the City finds that the revised site plan review process implements the
Goals, Objectives, and Policies of the Tamarac Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, this ordinance amendment implements streamlining of the City's site plan
review; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on April 5, 1995, and
recommends approval of the ordinance amendments; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Community Development recommended approval of the
ordinance amendments.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Tamarac deems it to be in the best
interest of the citizens and residents of the City of Tamarac to amend Chapter 10 of the
Code of Ordinances revising the site plan review procedures, submission standard and
establishing criteria for minor and major site plans; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, finds that it is in the
best interests of the City to amend the site plan review procedures to be consistent and
compatible with the ideals of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECIION L That the foregoing whereas clauses are hereby ratified and
confirmed as being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part of this Ordinance

If any provision of this Ordinance or the application thereof to
any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions
or applications of this Ordinance that can be given affect without the invalid provision or
application, and to this end the provisions of this Ordinance are declared to be severable.
