5. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
Any member of the public may speak to any issue that is not agendized for public hearing at this meeting.
Speakers will be limited to three minutes during this item and at public hearings. There will be a thirty (30) minute
aggregate time limit for this item, and speakers are encouraged to sign up in advance with the City Clerk prior to
their participation.
When an issue has been designated as quasi-judicial, public remarks shall only be heard during a quasi-judicial
hearing that has been properly noticed for that matter.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF TIME ALLOCATIONS -MOTIONS TO TABLE
The Chair at this time will announce those items that have been given a specific time to be heard, and will
entertain motions from the Commission members to table those items that require research. The Commission may
agendize by majority consent matters of an urgent nature which have come to the Commission's attention after
publication.

b, TR13063 - Marketplace at Tamarac Second Amendment to the WSDA
A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, authorizing the appropriate
City Officials to accept and execute a Second Amendment to the Water and Sewer Developer's
Agreement with Marketplace at Tamarac, LLC., for the Marketplace at Tamarac, located at 6801-
6997 W. Commercial Blvd., requiring a reduction of 4 ERC'S for water and an increase of 5 ERC'S
for sewer; the reduction and increase in ERC'S will modify the usage for water from 25.5 ERC'S to
21.5 ERC'S and a 4 ERC credit and from 17.5 ERC'S to 21.5 ERC'S for sewer; requiring payment
of $0 for water and $8,800.00 for sewer, in CIAC fees; authorizing and directing the City Clerk to
record said Agreement in the public records of Broward County; providing for conflicts; providing for
severability; and providing for an effective date.

C. TR13064 - Woodsprings Suites WSDA
A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, authorizing the appropriate
City Officials to accept and execute a Water and Sewer Developer's Agreement with Gold Coast
Premier Properties III, LLC ., for the Woodspirng Suites Project, located at 5801 Madison Avenue,
requiring 18.5 ERC'S for water and 17 ERC'S for sewer; and requiring payment of $31,450.00 for
water and $37,400.00 for sewer; and requiring a total payment of $68,850.00 in CIAC fees;
authorizing and directing the City Clerk to record said Agreement in the Public Records of Broward
County; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.

d, TR13069 - Renewal of Original Six -Cent Local Option Gas Tax Agreement
Resolution of the City Commission of the City Of Tamarac, Florida authorizing the appropriate city
officials to execute the 2018 renewal of the Original Broward County Six Cent Local Option Gas Tax
levied in 1988 expiring on August 31, 2018 to be reestablished, reimpose and levied through
December 31, 2047 between Broward County and City Of Tamarac providing for division and
distribution of the proceeds from the Six -Cent Local Option Gas Tax on every gallon of motor fuel
and special fuel sold in the county and taxed under the provision of Chapter 206, Florida Statutes;
providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.

e, TR13071 - Woodmont POD F Project WSDA
A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, authorizing the appropriate
City Officials to accept and execute a Water and Sewer Developer's Agreement With Pulte Home
Company, LLC ., for the Woodmont Pod F Project, located at the corner of NW 78th Street and NW
80th Avenue, requiring 14 ERC'S for water and 14 ERC'S for sewer; and requiring payment of
$23,800.00 for water and $30,800.00 for sewer; and requiring a total payment of $54,600.00 in
CIAC fees; authorizing and directing the City Clerk to record said Agreement in the public Records
of Broward County; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective
date.

f, TR13073 - Zoning In Progress - Overnight Medical Clinic Extension
A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, authorizing a Reasonable
Time Extension of the Zoning In Progress of one hundred and eighty (180) days Nunc Pro Tunc, in
accordance with Chapter 24, Article II, Division 6, Section 24-91 of the City of Tamarac Code of
Ordinances; authorizing and directing the City Manager to undertake further study and review of the
City's regulations relating to health care uses to include hospital, public or private, medical clinic or
uses similar to a hospital or medical clinic; providing that upon the adoption of this resolution
extending the Zoning in Progress an additional one hundred and eighty (180) days Nunc Pro Tunc,
no permits or applications shall be issued or processed for hospitals or medical clinics or uses
similar to a hospital or medical clinic within the City of Tamarac for a total of nine hundred (900)
days from the date of the Administrative Order, consistent with this resolution; providing for conflicts;
providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.

a. T02373 - Tamarac Village - Rezoning
An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, amending the Official Zoning
Map of the City of Tamarac referenced in Section 24-3 of Chapter 24 of the City of Tamarac Code
of Ordinances to reflect the Rezoning of certain real estate property described as portions of Blocks
3 and 4, Lyons Industrial Park, as recorded in Plat Book 71, Page 1 of the public records of
Broward County, Florida and portions of Blocks 9 and 10, Lyons Commercial Subdivision Unit No. 2,
as recorded in Plat Book 69, Page 43 of the public records of Broward County, Florida, more legally
described in Exhibit "A", from the current MXD (Mixed Use District) zoning classification to PD
(Planned Development District) zoning classification, for the subject property located on the north
side of Commercial Boulevard, generally between NW 94th Avenue to the west and Pine Island Road
to the east with portions located north of NW 57th Street, generally known as "Tamarac Village" , in
order to provide consistency with the Land Development regulations in accordance with the intent of
the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Tamarac; (Case No. 4-Z 17); providing for amendment to the
Official Zoning Map to reflect such change; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and
providing for an effective date.

The City Commission may consider and act upon such other business as may come before it. In the event this
agenda must be revised, such revised copies will be available to the public at the City Commission meeting.
Pursuant to Chapter 286.0105, Florida Statutes, if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City
Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he may need to ensure that a
verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the
appeal is based.
