Item No. 6 (c) on the Consent Agenda. (TR13173) A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of
Tamarac, Florida, approving the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Tamarac and the Broward
Metropolitan Planning Organization "BMPO") for Transportation Planning Services, attached hereto as
Exhibit "1" and incorporated herein; authorizing and directing the appropriate City Officials to execute
all documents necessary to effectuate the intent of this Resolution; directing the City Clerk to provide
a copy of this Resolution, along with the Executed Interlocal Agreement to the Broward County Clerk
of Courts for recordation; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; providing for an effective
