(TR12910) A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, awarding Bid No. 16-24RB to and approving an agreement with Electrical Contracting Service, Inc. for the Sports Complex Walkway LED Project, in accordance with Bid No. 16-24RB for a contract amount not to exceed $119,000.00; a contingency in an amount of $11,900.00 will be added to the project account, for a total project budget of $130,900.00; authorizing an expenditure from the appropriate accounts; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date. - Public Services Director Jack Strain and Parks & Recreation Director Greg Waarner Commission District(s): District 3 4. TR12911 - SCADA Upgrades for Water Plant Wells and Wastewater Pump Stations Item No. 6 (g) on the Consent Agenda. (TR12911) A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, awarding a contract to CC Control Corporation utilizing pricing from an agreement obtained through a formal competitive process by the City of Oakland Park, RFP Number 022414 for SCADA Upgrades for 19 water plant wells and 83 wastewater pump stations; authorizing the appropriate City Officials to execute a Purchase Order Agreement with CC Control Corporation for a project cost of $837,727.00, with a contingency of 10% or $83,772.70 for an amount not to exceed $921,499.70; authorizing an additional appropriation of $71,500; authorizing the appropriate City Officials to administer the contract; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date. - Public Services Director Jack Strain Commission District(s): Citywide The City Commission may consider and act upon such other business as may come before it. In the event this agenda must be revised, such revised copies will be available to the public at the City Commission meeting.
