1. TR13004 - Parks and Rec Fee Study, Fees and Charges
Item No. 6 (c) on the Consent Agenda. (TR13004) A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of
Tamarac, Florida, accepting the Comprehensive Fee Study for the Parks and Recreation Department,
a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference; adopting the
proposed fee schedule, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein by
reference; authorizing the City Manager to amend the fee schedule; providing for conflicts; providing
for severability; and providing an effective date.- Parks & Recreation Director Greg Warner

The City Commission may consider and act upon such other business as may come before it. In the event this
agenda must be revised, such revised copies will be available to the public at the City Commission meeting.
